Every Melissima piece is made from recycled solid gold, 18ct gold vermeil over 925 sterling silver, or recycled sterling silver. We work with small family workshops, produce in short runs, and finish each piece by hand — so nothing is made in volumes that outrun demand.
Our vermeil is plated at 2.5 microns, five times the industry minimum, which is why it wears like solid gold rather than fading within a season.
