Our policy

Return any unworn piece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Christmas orders placed from 1 November may be returned until 15 January.

How to return

Email our team with your order number and we will send a prepaid UK returns label. Repack the piece in its original box and drop it at any post office.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a refund plus a new order, which is faster than a direct swap. Gift recipients can exchange with a gift receipt.

Exclusions

Personalised and engraved items, pierced earrings for hygiene reasons where the seal is broken, and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
