These terms apply to every order placed with Melissima. Please read them before purchasing.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may incur import duties payable by the recipient.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Orders over £250 require a signature. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and guarantee
Our 30-day returns policy sits alongside your statutory rights. Melissima pieces carry a two-year craftsmanship guarantee covering manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage and general wear.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
